Abstract: The paper examines the causes of insufficient implementation of public-private partnership projects in the field of road infrastructure. The aim of this paper is to present the possibility of using the public-private partnership concession in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the construction of road infrastructure. The results of the research can be useful to public bodies in implementing the first phase of the life cycle of a public-private partnership project, i.e. in preparing the necessary study documentation, and then selecting potential public-private partnership projects in road infrastructure in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
