Dear readers,

This is the 20th issue of e-ZBORNIK, Electronic Collection of Papers of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. This issue, like the previous ones, is published in Croatian and English and consists of ten papers. e-ZBORNIK can be found in the journal databases EBSCO and Hrčak (https://hrcak.srce.hr/e-zbornik), and activities for its inclusion in new databases are in progress.
To mark the publication of the jubilee issue, the 5th issue of the Collection of Papers of the Faculty of Civil Engineering was published in print.

As the editor, I would like to thank members of the editorial board, authors and reviewers for the successful cooperation during the realization of the 20th issue of e-ZBORNIK and I hope that the cooperation will continue in the future. Activities on organization of this issue were hampered by the Covid-19 pandemic and the issue was published on time mainly due to the enthusiasm and perseverance of the editorial board, authors and reviewers, and all comments are always welcome so that we can work on improvements….

This issue brings out scientific and professional papers dealing with different topics in the field of civil engineering and other technical sciences. The topics treated are related to the application of artificial intelligence in hydraulic engineering, roundabout capacity models, numerical modeling of structures, concessions in road construction, energy efficiency, analysis of masonry structures, groundwater modeling and geomechanical analysis of watercourse banks.

I would invite all interested authors to send their papers for the next 21st issue which is expected to be published in June 2021.
